There’s something incredibly special about working with small businesses - especially ones built with intention, care, and a deep connection to their community. That’s exactly how it felt photographing a recent business branding session for My Pilates Studio, located in the heart of South Boston.
From the moment we stepped into their space, it was clear this studio was thoughtfully designed. The light, the calm energy, the beautiful Pilates machines, and the warmth of the
instructors all came together to create the perfect environment for a branding session that truly reflects who they are.
A Branding Session with Purpose
This session was created specifically for business branding - imagery and video content intended for their website, brochures, advertisements, and professional marketing. We
focused on capturing content that feels authentic, welcoming, and aligned with their brand identity.
We photographed:

One of my favorite elements of the shoot was capturing the touch-cue moments between instructor and student - those subtle, intentional interactions that are so central to the Pilates experience. These moments communicate trust, expertise, and care, and they say far more than posed images ever could.
The Faces Behind the Studio
Owned by Lena Zerbinopoulos, My Pilates Studio is a beautiful reflection of intentional leadership, community, and care. During the session, we worked with instructors Morgan, Cindy, Kim, and Tory, each bringing their own energy and presence into the space. Every instructor was incredibly kind, professional, and fully engaged throughout the shoot, which made the experience seamless and collaborative.
All communication leading up to the session was handled with Tory, who was absolutely amazing to work with. From the very beginning, we scheduled a Zoom call to walk through their goals, vision, and branding needs…
