I absolutely love it when clients come to the session with references from my previous shoots or editorial magazine inspiration! Stretching creative limits and creating moody aesthetic shoots is my favorite thing in client shoots.
With Dora, she came into the studio wanting a birthday photoshoot inspired by a previous shoot I did with a client featuring giant hair rollers. Little did she know that previous shoot that I did was inspired by Mary Kate Olsen’s iconic soda can curls editorial look. We took that inspo as a jumping off point and ran with it!
